  • Broad Institute 415 Main Street Cambridge, MA, 02142 United States (map)

Hosted by the Ladders to Cures Scientific Accelerator (L2C) and sponsored by Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy (PPMD), this symposium discussed the late research findings on AAV serology and immune responses and evaluated the effectiveness of current strategies to overcome AAV seropositivity, as well as critical research gaps. It aimed to prioritize future research directions to accelerate the development of AAV gene therapy for seropositive populations and foster collaboration among researchers and clinicians in academia, government, and industry partners to accelerate progress in this field.
